In the area of credit risk, you and your team ensure the competent and responsible handling of credit risks from the market areas as well as the construction and real estate business. As an impetus-giving and honest leader, you actively participate in the further development of credit risk management. You work closely with various internal interfaces and are directly subordinate to the Head of Credit Risk. You can expect a management team that values constructive cooperation and active thinking.

Your tasks

• You will lead and develop a specialist team with far-reaching credit competencies that analyses larger commercial and mortgage financing from the corporate customer market areas as well as all significant construction and real estate financing of the bank, makes loan decisions or applies for these with higher-level competent authorities
• You will accompany our sales units from specialist and risk optics during business initiation, financing structuring and contract documentation
• You monitor the credit development of borrowers, ensure compliance with our credit policy and initiate risk-reducing measures if necessary
• You actively shape the management of the regional analysis units in the credit risk area
• From a credit risk perspective, you take on the specialist responsibility for construction and real estate for our bank
• Together with your team, you regularly participate in or initiate cross-divisional projects
• You have a basic banking education supplemented by specific further education or an academic degree at master’s level, ideally with a deepening in corporate finance or business administration
• You have several years of professional experience in the lending sector of a bank, for example in credit analysis or support for corporate clients and are familiar with the Swiss mortgage and real estate market
• You are an ambitious, willing-to-perform personality who enjoys the leadership and further development of a team of experts and also wants to have a committed and constructive influence.
• You convince with strong analysis, communication and conceptual skills, a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• You have perfect knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
