- The order picking team with 20 employees perform human and professional
- Ensure frictionless processes and help shape the continuous improvement process (KVP) in operational operation
- 10 years of professional experience: in logistics incl. Management experience
- Complete professional teaching (EFZ): in the field of logistics or higher technical school with focus on logistics
Main responsibilities
- The order picking team with 20 employees perform human and professional
- Ensure frictionless processes and help shape the continuous improvement process (KVP) in operational operation
- Support the development of employees and carry out performance talks and half-year employee qualifications
- Promote and develop cross-border cooperation within the distribution centre
- Active support on the area in day-to-day business such as picking, place inventory, relocations, breaks Work in location-related projects
Key requirements
- 10 years of professional experience: in logistics incl. Management experience
- Complete professional teaching (EFZ): in the field of logistics or higher technical school with focus on logistics
- Very good communication skills and high leadership and social skills
- 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung: in der Logistik inkl. Führungserfahrung
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ): im Bereich Logistik oder höhere Fachschule mit Fokus auf Logistik
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Leadership- und Sozialkompetenzen
- Ausgeprägte Systemaffinität für Standard Applikationen (MS Office; SAP)
- Macherqualitäten" die auf der Fläche, mit den Leuten, zum tragen kommen Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort & Schrift Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) Englisch (von Vorteil) Italienisch (von Vorteil)
