For Haus Papillon in the Zurich region, we are looking for a team leader by appointment, qualified nursing specialist HF/FH/DNII 80-100% • Your tasks Personnel and technical management of the nursing team for 18 guests Shared responsibility for the recruitment of new employees Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and rostering with Polypoint PEP Management and control of the Nursing reports, specialist nursing discussions and co-responsibility for the implementation of the internal concepts Active participation in the further development of the nursing offerings in the company Holistic care and nursing of guests in the spirit of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process Assuming tasks as day-to-day responsibility and reference person Nursing Assuming tasks as a subject in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on nursing quality • Your profile Completed training to become a qualified nursing specialist FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the SRK Professional and management experience in long-term care or psychiatry is an advantage Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desired A warm and humorous attitude Enjoyment of a variety of challenges Good knowledge of spoken and written German Why Tertianum?
