Your Responsibilities
- Operational team leadership
- Active coaching of employees
- Responsibility for budget realization / measures for achievement
- Acquisition of client orders, support, and expansion of client relationships
- Client visits
- Reporting to Department Head & Sales Manager
- Salary and tariff agreements with candidates and clients
- Onboarding of new recruitment consultants
- Conducting performance and qualification reviews

Your Profile
- Role model function
- Professional experience in personnel services
- Sales experience
- Management experience is an advantage
- Client relationships / network
- Professional communication in German, any foreign language is an advantage
- Ideal age: 25 to 35 years
- Knowledge of IT applications / industry software
