Support and training of employees in technical and organizational matters
Optimization of workflows and continuous improvement of processes WHAT YOU SHOULD TEACH
Degree as a technician (m/f/d) HF or similar with further training in the field of leadership
Leadership experience in an industrial environment
Several years of experience in commissioning, integration or testing
Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
