The Opportunity:
- The Team Lead Procurement Delivery Operations- Research & Lab and CAPEX (Engineering) will play a variety of roles according to their experience, knowledge, area of expertise, and the general team requirements, including but not limited to:
- Category and sourcing subject matter expert evaluating the project requests and business needs coming in to best allocate them to the team members.
- In addition, the role can conduct market and internal analysis to develop strategies, best practices, and guidance on tactical plans for how Roche should source and negotiate for third party goods and services in order to satisfy stakeholder requirements.
- Procurement delivery practitioner delivering and executing sourcing strategies and major initiatives by leveraging spend, category know-how, robust sourcing, negotiation, contracting, supplier management methodologies and project management skills, and/or supporting team members in enhancing their skills and knowledge.
