- Completed bachelor/master degree in mechanics, biomedical engineering with a focus on mechanics or a comparable education.
- More than 5 years of experience in leading global teams, either as line manager (personnel management) or as matrix leader in product development (medical industry or similar).

- Completed bachelor/master degree in mechanics, biomedical engineering with a focus on mechanics or a comparable education.
- More than 5 years of experience in leading global teams, either as line manager (personnel management) or as matrix leader in product development (medical industry or similar).
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the development of on-body devices, in particular in areas such as miniaturization and housing design, microfluidics and sample handling, optomechanical integration, drive and positioning systems, thermal management as well as user-friendliness and robustness of medical devices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, strategic and agile thinking. fluency in spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong drive for change, innovation and continuous improvement, as well as the ability to turn ideas into actions.
- Team-oriented working methods and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- Experience in building and further developing teams and their competencies.
