Main responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Organize client and internal meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and catering
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions
  • Process invoices and expenses, assist with purchase orders, and follow up on payments
  • Maintain and update distribution lists, contact databases, and team records
  • Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy through regular updates and clean-up activities About You
