Key responsibilities Bring your tax expertise where it has maximum impact: in the holistic advice of entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy private customers with complex assets, family and corporate structures. In this role, you accompany discerning customers on complex tax issues and develop sustainable, cross-generational solutions in the context of entrepreneurship, wealth and family.
Your tasks in detail
- Excellent advice: Comprehensive support for entrepreneurs and companies, executives and wealthy private clients in matters of Swiss tax law
- Design & structuring: Development of optimized solutions in the context of succession and asset planning, holding and investment structures, provisioning, family governance issues as well as private and entrepreneurial restructuring.
- UHNW + Executives & Entrepreneurs specifics: classification and support of complex asset and corporate structures in the context of ultra-high-net-worth customers as well as entrepreneurial and executive personalities, taking into account international references (interface, coordination of external consultants), family-office-related issues, entrepreneurial contexts and cross-generational structures.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation: Close cooperation with client consultants and specialists from wealth management, finance, pension and succession planning throughout Switzerland.
- Professional representation: Active participation in internal and external customer events, presentations and contributions as well as support in the further development of the offer.

Your skills and experience
- Completion as a dipl. Tax expert or comparable qualification (e.g. LL.M. Tax)
- Several years of professional experience in consulting entrepreneurs and companies, executives, as well as wealthy private individuals.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss tax law
- Experience at the interfaces to succession, pension and asset planning is advantageous
- Strong customer orientation, analytical strength and pleasure in complex, individual questions
- Precise, responsible and team-oriented working methods
