Tax Expert (m/w/d) — Equans Switzerland

Full description

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a personality as a tax expert who contributes to the further development of our tax function with sound tax know-how and analytical strength. In this role, you support tax compliance and planning in Switzerland as well as for operating sites and subsidiaries in Germany. The position is aimed at talents with 2–4 years of experience and development potential towards Senior Tax Expert. • Tax Compliance (CH/DE) - Responsibility and ensuring compliance with tax regulations in Switzerland and Germany, including tax returns, VAT / VAT statements, withholding taxes and current reports
• Tax consultancy & projects - Participation in national and international tax projects, especially in the areas of structuring, optimization and implementation of tax concepts
• Transfer Pricing - Responsibility for creating and maintaining transfer pricing documentation as well as conducting analysis and ensuring compliance
• Tax reporting & planning - preparation of tax evaluations, forecasts and analyses for management and finance as well as support in tax planning
• Regulatory monitoring - Analysis and implementation of new tax requirements (e.g. OECD Pillar 2, national legislative changes) and derivation of action measures
• Audits & Audits - Independent preparation and support of tax audits as well as contact for tax authorities and external auditors
• Process optimization and processing - further development and standardization of tax processes as well as their processing That's what makes you.
• Completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting, tax or similar; additional further development in the control area is advantageous
• Several years of professional experience (minimum 2 years) in the tax sector in Switzerland, ideally in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss and international tax law, especially in the areas of VAT and income taxes
• Experience in transfer pricing is beneficial
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working method
• High personal responsibility, assertiveness and advisory strength
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Other languages (FR/IT) are a plus
