- Coordination and prioritisation of projects and operational requirements
- Cooperation with

- Completed vocational training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
- Perennial relevant professional experience in the enterprise environment, ideally in the field of onsite support or workspace services
- Experience in a professional leadership role or in the coordination of employees
- Good understanding of client management, software distribution, Active Directory and user management
- Experience in handling ITSM processes, KPI management and service-oriented
Operational models
- Ideally experience with cloud client management, project management and collaboration in matrix organizations
- High social competence, assertiveness and teamwork
