Where We Seek Them Where We Seek Them In this role, you are part of our IT organization and take over the professional leadership in the area of Onsite Support.
They ensure efficient, efficient and customer-oriented service delivery across multiple locations (3-15 locations) and work closely with internal interfaces, external partners and responsible managers.
Their tasks include
- Professional management, support and further development of employees in the area of responsibility
- Ensuring a needs-based structure and process organization in onsite support
- Control and further development of service processes, standards and operational processes
- Responsibility of corporate culture and communication of professionally necessary organizational content in the area of responsibility
- Support for reporting, key performance indicator provision and personnel planning
- Coordination and prioritisation of projects and operational requirements
- Participation in the further development of processes, standards and automation in the support environment WHAT YOU SHOULD TEACH
- Completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the enterprise environment, ideally in the area of onsite support or workspace services
- Experience in a professional leadership role or in the coordination of employees
- Good understanding of client management, software distribution, active directory and user management
- Experience in dealing with ITSM processes, KPI management and service-oriented operating models
- Ideally, experience with cloud client management, project management and collaboration in matrix organizations
- High social skills, assertiveness and teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing WHAT WE ARE TO YOU
