Our client is looking for a service-oriented person to strengthen IT support. In this role, the new employee will serve as an important point of contact for employees in their day-to-day digital work. Your responsibilities
- Receiving, classifying and resolving incident reports in the hardware and software areas
- Supporting users by telephone, via remote maintenance and in person on site
- Operation and maintenance of the client infrastructure, as well as participation in monitoring
- Creating and maintaining documentation and user guides
- Assisting with hardware procurement and inventory management, as well as migration and rollout projects

Your profile
- Completed IT training, for example MCSA, MCSE or a Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Computer Science
- Previous experience in 1st-level support is an advantage
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 to 2025 as well as Windows 10/11
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft environment and virtualized system environments is an advantage
- German as a native language, French language skills an advantage, Category B driving licence
