Tasks
What tasks await you as Project Support Real Estate Development (80-100%)?
- You support project development and transaction teams in the identification, analysis and implementation of real estate developments and acquisitions
- You will develop market, location and competition analyses as well as decision-making basis for strategic initiatives and project developments
- You coordinate feasibility studies and actively participate in purchase, sales and development processes
- You create and maintain presentations, factsheets, contact lists, reports and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders
- You will monitor relevant key figures of the project pipeline and support the team in administrative, organisational and operational tasks
Requirements
What requirements do you bring with you as Project Support Real Estate Development (80-100%)?
- Bachelor degree in real estate management, architecture, spatial planning, business administration, civil engineering or a comparable field of study
- Strong analytical skills as well as a high affinity for data, figures and business contexts
- Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, ideally supplemented by basic knowledge in spatial planning, construction or real estate law
- Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as a structured and independent working method
- Communicative, team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking, high level of initiative and stylish German
- English skills are beneficial
