Assistance asylum centre 80% in Winterthur, Caritas Switzerland has been operating asylum centres at various locations in the canton of Zurich since March 2024.
Since January 1, 2026 and on a temporary basis, we opened a transit centre in the Winterthur area.
The centre can accommodate up to 100 asylum seekers.

- Co-responsibility for compliance with the house rules in the center and implementation of the organization manual regarding safety and emergency
- Ensuring an orderly center operation and a quiet atmosphere
- Assumption of time-varying work services (including day, night and weekend services) Requisiti
- Completed training and professional experience of advantage in the care or housekeeping;
- Experience in the area of migration desirable
- Good knowledge of the German language as well as good oral knowledge in English, further knowledge of foreign languages beneficial
