Lead a highly engaged team of operators and line mechanics on a vial filling & lyophilisation line, where your voice matters, decisions are made together, and you can truly shape how the operation runs.

Main responsibilities

  • Balance a visible presence on the manufacturing floor with strategic planning responsibilities, helping the team navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration. What we are looking for:
  • Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and confidently balance operational priorities.
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, approachable leadership style and the ability to build effective partnerships across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, MSAT, and Supply Chain. Fluent German is required;
  • English skills are considered an advantage.
  • Experience with aseptic fill & finish operations, particularly vials and lyophilisation processes, is a strong advantage, while a scientific degree is beneficial but not required. About Lonza
