For Grünau School, we are looking for a committed care professional for ISR from November 1, 2026 to February 12, 2027, with a workload of approx. 80%. You will accompany a child as part of integrated special education under the responsibility of the mainstream school (ISR) in a 1:1 setting. You will support the child in lessons, during care and in leisure activities, enabling them to participate in everyday school life. The working hours will depend on the child's support needs and will be clarified in a personal meeting.

Tasks

• You will accompany a child with particular support needs in a 1:1 setting during lessons, care and leisure activities
• You will support the child with learning and everyday tasks as well as during transitions and breaks, in consultation with the teacher and special education specialist (SHP)
• You will promote their independence, social skills and participation in class and group activities
• You will build a reliable relationship, provide guidance and accompany the child calmly and clearly, including in challenging situations
• You will work closely with teachers, SHP and care staff, implement agreed measures and document relevant observations briefly and clearly

Profile

• You have completed training as a care professional with an EFZ, preferably specialising in children or people with disabilities, or have an equivalent recognised qualification. Foreign qualifications require Swiss recognition
• You have experience caring for children; experience in 1:1 support, in the ISR field or with particular support needs is an advantage
• You treat children with appreciation and patience, build strong relationships and can set clear boundaries
• You are resilient, reliable and flexible and remain calm and able to act even in challenging situations
• You work independently and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, reflect on your actions and have good spoken and written German skills
