The Clinic for Acute Geriatry specializes in the clarification and treatment of older patients with complex clinical pictures. We combine acute medicine with early rehabilitation and pursue the goal of returning home with a holistic treatment. As a certified training institution, we offer you a broad learning environment. From now on or by agreement we are looking for a sub assistant.

Tasks

• Would you like to actively support us in everyday hospital life and gain an in-depth insight into a wide range of practice-relevant internistic, neurological and gerontopsychiatric diseases?
• Collaboration in clinical everyday life in the acute hospital as well as in acute and transitional care in the age center Adlergarten
• Getting to know curative, preventive, rehabilitative and palliative treatment approaches
• Patient care, participation in visits, reports and interprofessional geriatric assessment
• Assumption of own tasks under the guidance of experienced doctors

Profile

• Matriculated student / matriculated student human medicine
• Student in the elective year (CH) or in the practical year or student at the time of school in the 4th year. Year of study or 2nd clinical year of study
• German language skills at least B2 level
• At least 4 weeks of internship
