YOUR TASKS

• Support for the management of the bed department in the personnel and administrative area
• Assistance in care about 80%
• Ensuring professional and first-class patient care taking into account our nursing mission statement
• Support in the introduction and support of new employees, learners and students

Your profile

• Completed training as a nurse and corresponding management training or the willingness to complete it
• SRC recognition in foreign diplomas
• At least three years of professional experience in acute care
• Already first management experience from Stv. management of the bed department in a Swiss acute care hospital
• Very good knowledge of German (verbal / written)
• Maintained manners and pronounced service orientation as well as pleasure to work in a professional environment
