- Planning and implementing sales promotion measures
- Professional management of reservations and guest feedback
- Compliance with and control of operational hygiene and quality standards Requirements
- Several years of experience in the gastronomy or hotel industry, ideally in a management position
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Sovereign, service-oriented appearance and pleasure in guest contact
