- Together with the management and the team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented care.
- Regular practical assignments are part of your task, you create needs assessments (RAI-HC) and thus keep the pulse at the base.
- You ensure process-oriented processes, use your creative leeway and actively shape the Spitex Greifensee.
- Special concerns are ensuring a smooth daily routine, as well as a continuous development of care and care quality.
- Together with the new Spitex management, you will create conditions for good interdisciplinary cooperation and high customer and employee satisfaction.
