Company and context
- 100% With more than 280 employees, the Cantonal Social Office performs a wide range of steering and operational tasks focusing on social assistance, social security, social institutions and asylum at the interface between the Confederation, other cantons, cities, municipalities and various private organizations.
- It also runs its own facility, the tilia, which has 119 residential and employment spaces, divided into 11 residential groups and 5 studio areas.
- The locations are Rheinau, Winterthur, Embrach and Freienstein.
- The tilia supports, accompanies and promotes adults with cognitive and/or psychological impairments.
- For our residential groups in Rheinau, Freienstein, Embrach and Winterthur we are looking for a study intern/in 70-100% per 01.02.2027 or by appointment, temporarily between 6 -12 months. Their main tasks
- They get to know the care concept of the respective residential group, work actively in everyday life and promote the practical skills and resources of the residents
- They support and accompany residents individually in everyday life management, promote their independence and social skills They maintain contacts with field offices
- You help shape a positive living group environment, support the achievement of goals, provide appropriate interventions in psychiatric or somatic emergencies and take on administrative and domestic work your skills and talents
- You are a student in the bachelor programme of social work
- You are interested in working with mentally and/or cognitively impaired adults and are ready to deal with the requirements of day-care
