Role overview
Tasks
- Supporting the clinical research team in all study-related activities, such as patient-related surveys, ECG implementation and blood sampling
- Organization, implementation and follow-up of study visits in compliance with the study protocol as well as the ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Collection and documentation of study-specific data in electronic databases and maintenance of study-relevant documents (e.g. SOPs, ISF)
- Contact person for patients, investigators, sponsors, monitors and external study centers
- Taking over administrative and organizational tasks within the study team
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist in health (FaGe), medical practice assistant (MPA), dipl. nurse/nurse specialist HF/FH or equivalent education or a study related to health care or the natural sciences
- Experience as a study nurse or study coordinator or in a comparable function in the field of clinical trials
- Independent and structured working method with a high level of personal responsibility as well as a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing as well as strong communication skills
- Knowledge of French is beneficial
- Team-oriented personality with organizational strength and pleasure in direct patient contact
