For our Institute for Management and Continuing Education (IMW), which offers part-time continuing education programs for middle and upper executives, we are looking for an In this versatile function, you actively shape the study operation and are an important point of contact for prospective students and the study management. They support in the planning and implementation of the teaching operation, conduct initial discussions, participate in the acquisition and marketing and supervise our social media channels. At the same time, you coordinate timetables, rooms, enrollments and feedback processes and ensure smooth course operations and the maintenance of our learning platform “Moodle”. They also organise study trips and internal events such as workshops, kick-offs and alumni events from planning to follow-up. With your organizational talent, your communication strength and your ideas, you also contribute to the optimization of processes as well as the further development and quality assurance of our educational offerings. | Your profile

• Eidg. Specialist card or Higher Technical School (HF) with corresponding professional experience
• Organizational and communication-strong personality with a high service orientation
• Experience in selling training or service offers (advantageous)
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office
• Experience in e-learning systems such as Moodle, CRM tools and social media (advantageous)
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
