Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations.

Our offer ranges from consulting services for older people and their relatives, general and specialized long-term care to care and care at home.

With more than 200 beds, the stationary range of general long-term care at the Dielsdorf site is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics and the emphasis on dementia.

Tasks

• Care and care of our patients, patients
• Ensuring the care process
• Creation, adaptation and evaluation of care documentation
• Correct recording of performance data
• Integrated 6 month internship at the Acute and Transitional Care Department
• Cooperation with members, doctors, hospitals and other specialist departments
• duration of training: 3 years (abbreviated HF-studium of 2 years possible for apprenticeship as a specialist Health EFZ) or 3 to 4 years in the course of vocational training
• Own learning transfer training (LTT), including regular exchange with the HF students from the cooperation companies Requirements:
• Complete teaching as a specialist Health EFZ, Matura or equivalent
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1)
• Sensitivity and high social competence in dealing with patients, patients and their relatives
• Practical understanding, a strong sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
• Active and situation-oriented relationship and communication skills
• Elastic, contactful and humorous personality with good observation
• Joy in work for and with people
• willingness to develop expertise and make an important contribution to the success of our health centre
