YOUR TASKS

• Digitalization, recording and management of contracts in the Coupa CLM contract management system
• Testing, classification and maintenance of contract data and ensuring high data quality
• Compliance with all data protection, compliance and confidentiality requirements in dealing with sensitive contractual information
• Collection of relevant contract information (metadata) and assignment to the corresponding companies and divisions
• Close cooperation with internal contacts to clarify open questions and support in optimizing contract management
• Cleaning and maintenance of master data in the waveware CAFM system as well as obtaining list prices and maintenance contract costs for medical devices

Your profile

• Ongoing studies or completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• First experience in administrative field, contract management or document management is advantageous
• Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Outlook, and Word)
• Joy of structured and careful work
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems (training on Coupa CLM is provided by Hirslanden)
• Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1) as well as good knowledge of English and French (B1/B2, for understanding contract documents)
