Behind every successful patient treatment are numerous administrative processes. With your support in the digitization of documents, you help make important information available efficiently and reliably. You gain practical professional experience in an exciting university environment.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • conducts scanning and digitization work • take care of the electronic storage and archiving of documents • Check the quality of the scanned documents • assists with other administrative activities as required Requirements • Enrolled:r Student:in a medical field or a related degree program (e.g. medicine, health sciences, medical informatics) or are a student:in • Safe handling of MS-Office • Very good knowledge of German • Careful and structured working methods We offer: You want to gain your first professional experience in addition to your studies and use your digital skills? The assignments can be planned flexibly, but currently we are happy about the most regular and frequent support possible.
