For the Senevita orchard in Affoltern am Albis we are looking for a reliable and motivated person starting autumn 2026 or spring 2027 as a student. Nursing professional What you do In our protected living area for people with dementia development or in an open living area / in-house Spitex you take on the following tasks:

• You will learn the professional and individual care and care of the residents on the conceptual basis of the model of promoting process care
• You can translate your newly acquired expertise into the versatile and complex practice in long-term care
• You will become independent in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the care process and with the involvement of the affected residents and their caregivers.
• Co-creation of an optimal interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors and other persons involved
• You learn to take on responsibility by shift responsibility in the department as well as in tandem with an experienced nurse.
• Precise recording of care and support services and of care and consumables used

What you distinguish yourself with

• Completed EGZ Training, Matura or equivalent
• High degree of responsibility
• Independent control of your own learning process
• You are a team player, but you can also deliver on your own
• Empathetic and resilient personality with high commitment
• Very good written and oral German skills
