Are you interested in the exciting world of claims processing and would you like to gain valuable practical experience during your studies? Are you looking for a work student role in which you work on real cases and not just “running on the side”?

As a working student Medical Claims, you support Zurich Switzerland’s damage division in the Medical Claims team and actively participate in the processing of medical claims. In this role, you work in a dynamic, customer-centric environment, checking medical claims reports, preparing documentation for case handling and managing claims cases with the support of our experts. You are in exchange with customers, customers and counterparties. You support your team with administrative tasks and projects. You can expect a committed team that is characterized by cooperation and customer orientation and offers you the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.

• You support our team in handling medical claims cases and ensure efficient, correct regulation.
• You check incoming damage reports and prepare the documents for further processing.
• You clarify open questions with our customers and counterparties and thus support a smooth case handling.
• You contribute to the optimization of internal processes and bring your ideas to increase efficiency.
• You take on administrative tasks and support the team in ongoing projects.

This sets you apart

• Ongoing law studies at a Swiss university, for the entire period of employment.
• interest in damage handling
• First experience in a customer-oriented environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and pleasure in dealing with people.
• Structured and detailed working methods as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• Fluent knowledge of German, other languages (French/Italian) are advantageous
