- Implementation of internal and external service billing incl.
- Recording in accounting systems at ETH and University of Zurich, shipping and communication with debtors
- Pre-recording and filing of creditors' invoices in FGCZ's own and ETH and UZH systems incl.
- Communication with FGCZ Lab Manager and external suppliers
- Transfer and addition of SAP data in the internal systems of the FGCZ Profile
