As a civil and criminal court of the 1. Instance we search by September 2026 or by agreement, temporarily limited to 31. December 2026, to strengthen our commercial law firm a student (available in job sharing) (80-100%) Your responsibilities

• Processing of inheritance transactions, in particular identification of heirs at home and abroad, contact with parties and authorities, preparation of decisions and assumption of the associated administrative tasks
• Support of the telephone exchange and the reception incl. Receiving, processing and forwarding incoming telephone calls
• Processing of incoming mail incl. Acquisition and creation of incoming transactions/procedures
• Preparation of decisions incl. Dispatch and time-limit control
• Processing of completed transactions and archiving of process files
• Deputy of other commercial employees in the rest of the court office if necessary
• Bachelor of Law or Master of Law
• Flexibility and willingness to operate in different areas
• Rapid comprehension as well as independent, accurate and forward working methods
• Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head in challenging situations
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good manners
