You are an experienced, committed personality in the construction industry who wants to shape with drive, vision and real impact? We are looking for active support for our real estate department immediately or by agreement.

Tasks

• Technical inspection of protective compartment envelopes, armoured doors, emergency exits and ventilation units. Functional check of pressure relief valves and explosion protection valves
• Checking the operational readiness of the shelter equipment (e.g. dry toilets, beds) and acceptance and approval of shelters created
• Appointment and coordination with homeowners and property administrations
• Preparation of defect protocols, legal request for correction periods and various other administrative activities

Profile

• Completed craftsmanship-technical apprenticeship (EFZ in the construction or secondary sector)
• Completed certificate course as a shelter controller (BABS/canton) or the willingness to complete it in a timely manner
• Good IT skills and stylish German in word and writing
• High social competence in dealing with the population, assertiveness and conflict capability
• Strong coordination ability, secure appearance and balanced personality, high level of initiative and strong customer orientation
