Company and context
- As an enabler of the organization you develop innovative approaches, redesign standards and successfully implement them in order to create future-oriented solutions
- You bring over 6 years of experience in project work - ideally in the interfaces between sales, management and specialist positions such as IT, product management, marketing, etc.
- You have several years of professional experience in the insurance and / or banking industry or consulting
- Change management processes are familiar to you and in the implementation of multi-stakeholder projects you mastered from the effeff
- You have profound knowledge in agile project methodology as well as experience in cooperation with agile teams
