- Your Path Interpret data, analyse results and define actions with Business, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to solve key business challenges Identify new opportunities provided by available data to generate valuable insights for the business and support growth Actively support countries / areas to review their strategic business plans and support translation into operations footprints through regular project drumbeats, dedicated workshops, as well as storytelling guidance and presentation drafting Play a key role in analysing the impact of M&A activities on country masterplans and support local teams during the integration processes Improve current and develop new processes and solutions and lead their roll-out across country organizations Support in drafting presentations and data visualizations for country / area / region top-management leveraging insights identified through data analysis / workshops / other researches Create strong link with cross-functional teams to introduce and expand innovative solutions
