Main responsibilities
- Strategic procurement: Development/implementation of purchasing strategies for personnel rental & consulting services.
- Identification of potential savings, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Implementation of tenders by means of e-sourcing, comparisons and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers.
- Advising and supporting specialist areas in the selection of suitable service providers.
- Negotiation and conclusion of framework / individual contracts.
- Monitoring and management of existing contracts, including contract extensions and adjustments.
- Managing suppliers in close cooperation with specialist departments.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, especially in the financial services sector.
