- Lead and motivate internal (commercial and marketing team, internal architects) and external key stakeholders (suppliers and agencies) Drive, coordinate and support the markets Budget
- Providing the proper reporting and monitoring of the annual budget QUALIFICATIONS At least 7-10 years of progressive experience at international level in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising roles, preferably within the luxury sector Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines An architecture background is a nice to have A sense of aesthetic, with a deep understanding of luxury and design Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally for site visits and project supervision.
