The treatment, care and care in high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually adapted support in health, social or mental matters. Here they engage

of care and care of medium to severely needy and demented residents in the context of long-term care (24 places)
Planning, control and monitoring of the entire care process (Kisim, RAI-NH)
Personnel and professional management as well as advice for around 30 employees
Determination of the need for action and development as well as the initiation and implementation of corresponding measures at station level taking into account the service mandate Assistance in care as needed (about 50%)
have completed vocational training as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH
bring training in management or a few years of experience in a similar function
Have expertise and expertise in geriatrics, palliative care and in particular dementia
Professional training in the field of dementia is beneficial Reduced employee parking spaces
