  • Craft intelligent, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools and optimizations for titles, thumbnails, tags, and metadata that maximize a creator’s reach and audience engagement.
  • Transform complex machine learning models into accessible, actionable insights for creators.
  • Empower storytelling through advanced capabilities like title and thumbnail A/B testing and seamless integrations with powerful video editing platforms.
  • Streamline creator workflows from creation through post-production.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX).
  • Experience designing creator tools, video editing workflows, content management systems (CMS), or media publishing platforms.
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional UX designers and managing multi-year product design goals.
