Agir comme référent clinique et organisationnel transversal du département Diagnostic et Traitements
Soutenir les cadres et managers dans l'analyse de situations cliniques ou organisationnelles complexes.

- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Health Care (Medical-Technical Radiology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Nutritional Counselling) or a degree recognised as equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross
- Demonstrable experience in a specialist department of the department (at least 5 years)

Key requirements
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Health Care (Medical-Technical Radiology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy / Nutritional Counselling) or a degree recognised as equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross
- Demonstrable experience in a specialist department of the department (at least 5 years)
- Master of Science in Health Sciences HES-SO (MScSa)
- Proven competencies in advanced clinical expertise, project management and clinical leadership
- Competencies in the areas of clinical analysis, coordination and improvement of practice
- Mastery of common IT tools and methods of evidence-based practice (EBP)
- Interest in working in interdisciplinary teams as well as independence, diligence and a sense of responsibility
- Interest and skills in project management and in the further development of professional practices
- Sense of responsibility, independence and team spirit.
