For the Corporate Service Center in Dübendorf we are looking for an experienced, independent and pragmatic maker personality as soon as possible or by agreement.
Specialist / Specialist Accounting / Analyses 80-100 %
Their tasks
- Independent preparation of monthly and annual accounts makes OR and Swiss GAAP FER of the management and holding companies
- Account reconciliation and plausibility of secondary books incl. HR votes
- Preparation of reporting and analysis
- Support on tax topics and wage voting
- Ensuring data quality for all companies in the group
- Cooperation in ICS controls and process documentation in QM
- Participation in projects and integrations of new companies
- Creating reporting and ad hoc analyses
Your profile
- Completed training as a professional / specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training
- Proven several years of professional experience in accounting in a similar function ideally in the service industry / group
- Good understanding of Swiss GAAP FER and OR accounting
- Good PC application knowledge (MS Excel and PowerPoint, very good knowledge of SAP ERP FI / module)
- Very good knowledge of German, as well as good knowledge of French and/or English
