For the Senevita orchard in Affoltern am Albis we are looking for a reliable and motivated person as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH 60-100 % What you do In our protected living area for people with dementia or in an open living area, you take on the following tasks:

• Professional and individual care and care of residents on the conceptual basis of the model of promoting process care
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the residents concerned and their caregivers
• Co-creation of an optimal interdisciplinary cooperation with all participants in the care and care process
• Assuming shift responsibility in the department as well as house responsibility
• Careful and seamless management of care documentation
• Precise recording of care and support services and of care and consumables used

What you distinguish yourself with

• Completed professional training as a qualified nurse (HF, FH, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP) or equivalent diploma recognised by the SRC
• Experience in long-term care and dealing with the elderly
• User knowledge of the software CareCoach (maintenance documentation) is an advantage
• Empathetic and resilient personality with high commitment
• Very good written and oral German skills
