• You handle complex claims in the accident insurance (UVG) and supplementary accident insurance (UVGZ) sector independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives and other social and private insurers
• You write sophisticated correspondence, including orders, and conduct telephone conversations at eye level
• You work closely with our medical service
• You actively shape positive change – with curiosity and your constructive nature

• Commercial or equivalent training with experience in the insurance industry
• In-depth specialist knowledge in the area of ​​accident insurance – or the willingness to quickly deepen it
• Empathic and team player who works independently and reliably
• Basic medical knowledge is a must
• You communicate stylishly in German – French and English are a plus
