As a specialist in New Grid Solutions, you are designing the distribution network of the future with data, digitalization and innovative solutions.

Tasks

• The co-development of ewz smart grid systems as well as the independent analysis of data from different source systems are part of your everyday life
• You will work on smart grid concepts and grid-side specifications for the efficient integration of consumer, energy generation and storage systems into the distribution network.
• You create the foundations for smart grid and network solutions and evaluate them technologically, economically and with a view to their use.
• Innovation projects guide or accompany you with your expertise and prepare insights and results for expert committees in a comprehensible way.
• Together with partners, you drive data analysis, smart grid topics, the implementation of the UseCAS system and the professional knowledge transfer within the company.

Profile

• You will also receive a degree in electrical engineering, energy technology or a similar technical field with a connection to the grid.
• With distribution networks, local generation, storage or electromobility you know your way around and bring your first experience in network planning.
• You have proven experience in data analysis and in handling suitable analysis tools for assessing complex data; knowledge of Python and Power BI is a plus.
• Technical connections are holistic and ideally bring a business-related training.
• You communicate with the addressee, like to work in the team and convince with your own initiative as well as joy in innovation and knowledge transfer.
