With around 1,500 employees at 22 Spitex locations, Spitex Zurich serves around 10,000 customers and thus provides more than 1 million customers annually. missions. In addition to the four main business areas Somatic Care, Memory Care, Mental Care and Home & Care, Spitex Zurich offers special services such as wound care, stoma and continence care and specialized palliative care. Our wound specialist team consists of 11 qualified wound specialists. Within our Spitex locations, we support the care teams for complex wounds (assessment, care, etc.) and organize our everyday life largely ourselves. To complement our team, we are looking for an experienced, responsible personality as

YOUR TASKS
- Determination of the need for care and control of the care process incl. Case management and evaluation
- Need-based care and care (complex, acute, chronic and palliative situations incl.) Medication and wound care
- Advice to the subjects in the therapy of wounds and their training
- Introduction of new employees to wound therapy (FaGe, Dipl.) Nursing professionals and vocational trainees in schools of wound care students
- Hygiene and materials managers in the centre
