Full description
For the Department of Real Estate Economics, we are looking for a committed team member as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
Tasks
- They support the real estate valuation experts in the development of real estate valuation reports.
- They are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the business of the Appraisal Commission.
- They develop evaluations of land values, rents and purchase prices.
- They carry out business control incl. power billing through.
- They shall develop the assessment of concession fees.
- They manage the filing, the archive and maintain statistical data.
- They advise clients about it. Procedures relating to contracts to the municipal assessment commission.
Profile
- Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ, preferably in the real estate sector or notarial sector, or training in the construction and planning sector
- Further education in real estate or finance is advantageous
- Professional experience in the commercial or construction sector
- Flavour of figures and interest in real estate
- Good IT User Knowledge (Microsoft 365)
- Careful, independent and reliable working methods
- Service and customer orientation
- Communicative and team capable
