Do you like working with people? You want to start from the 1. January 2027 or by agreement with our team in the housekeeping for the Witikon Health Center?

Tasks

• You clean the assigned premises independently according to the operational plan, in compliance with economic and environmental aspects.
• They shall ensure clean, careful and proper cleaning, care and preparation of all company and professional linen and private linen of residents, taking into account internal processes and regulations.
• They carry out professional instructions of the cleaning staff, possibly also of employees from other areas, in company cleaning and laundry processes and methods.
• You support the management of housekeeping in day-to-day responsibility.
• They guide new employees and learners and support them with practical training and familiarisation.

Profile

• Joy in contact with residents, passion for work, high quality standards and service orientation
• Good oral and written knowledge of German as well as existing IT skills
• Completed training as a specialist in domestic industry EFZ
• Optimism, teamwork, care and flexibility
• Readiness for assignments on weekends and public holidays (normal working hours are during the day, no evening or night work)

The annual salary for this function is, depending on the experience, between Fr. 64'070.- and Fr. 85'610.- (100%).
