You have experience in supporting business applications and would like to contribute your knowledge to the service environment? With us, you support our users around SAP and other business applications, develop our service processes together with the specialist areas and carry out training. In addition, you are actively involved in the replacement and introduction of our systems for Field Service Management.

Your tasks

• Application support: You are the central contact person for our employees in the internal service and our service technicians and support them with questions and concerns about SAP CS and our FSM systems
• Knowledge transfer: You train our employees in dealing with SAP CS and FSM systems and ensure a practical knowledge transfer
• Project participation: You are actively involved in projects relating to our business applications, for example in the replacement and implementation of a new field service management system
• Operational day-to-day business: You support the smooth running of our service processes and take on recurring tasks such as invoicing, controlling service invoices and processing error logs
• Data preparation: You combine data from different systems, prepare it in Excel and make it available for evaluation and further analysis

Proximity to the business: During visits to our offices, you are in direct contact with employees, conduct training courses and promote the exchange of experiences

Your profile

• Professional experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment
• Application Support: You have experience supporting users and enjoy helping with questions and problems
• Business Applications: You have experience in dealing with business applications such as SAP, field service management systems or comparable applications and have a high IT affinity.
• Excel & Data: You have very good knowledge of Excel and can merge, process and evaluate data from different systems
• SAP knowledge: Knowledge of SAP CS or another SAP module is an advantage, a corresponding familiarization is guaranteed
• Project collaboration: You are interested in participating in system and digitalization projects. Initial experience in project work is beneficial
• Working method: You think networked, work independently and structured and quickly find your way around new systems and processes
• Provide knowledge: You are happy to explain, understandable and practical and enjoy training employees in dealing with our systems
• Languages: You have fluent knowledge of German in words and writing. Knowledge of French is beneficial
