Full description
The service group Motor Vehicles with around 12 employees of the City Police of Zurich is responsible for the following tasks: Evaluation, procurement, expansion, provision and maintenance of a total of more than 400 vehicles.
Tasks
- Carrying out diagnostic, repair and service work on emergency vehicles
- MFC provision of service vehicles
- Installation and repair of police equipment and structures
- Maintenance of special vehicles > 3.5 t
- Ensure vehicle readiness and safety
- Performing sporadic missions in the evening and on weekends
Profile
- Training as an automechatronics engineer EFZ with several years of professional experience
- High-voltage certification with certificate of competence
- Brand knowledge of VW and Mercedes-Benz as well as knowledge of electromobility is an advantage
- Reliable, accurate operation and high load capacity
- Category B driving licence (advantageous category C)
