Full description
The Tertianum Residenz Im Brühl is located in the heart of Zurich-Höngg and offers space for around 130 guests in apartment and nursing living areas. The restaurants Am Brühlbach (public) and Reblaube (internal), banquet and seminar rooms, indoor swimming pool, doctor's office, physiotherapy and hairdresser complete our offering. Our residence is easily accessible by public transport.
We are looking for someone to join our team at the Tertianum Residenz Im Brühl immediately or by appointment

Your tasks
- Holistic care of the residents in accordance with the mission statement and care process planning in the apartments in the house and in the care department
- Planning and conducting case discussions
- Responsible for creating care plans and evaluating care services
- Carrying out treatment-related and medical-technical activities
- Regular assumption of day-to-day responsibilities
- Acquisition of a topic carrier & implementation of the topic in the team
Your profile
- Federal certificate of competency as a health specialist (FAGE EFZ)
- Long-term care experience
- Secure communication in the German language
- Enjoy working independently, coordinating and organizing and enjoy challenges
- Ability to work in a team, warmth and an empathetic attitude
