Kita Paradies is looking for a motivated and committed individual as of January 1, 2027, or by agreement.

Tasks

• You provide individual and group care within the framework of the pedagogical concept.
• You promote self-reliance and independence, language, motor and cognitive development, as well as integration into the group.
• You can help shape a differentiated, reliable pedagogical daily routine that gives the child security and enables trust to develop.
• You independently take on delegated tasks, such as settling-in processes, targeted observations, helping to organize parent events, and sharing information within the team, with parents and with specialists.
• You guide trainees in consultation with the daycare's vocational training coordinator.

Profile

• A completed apprenticeship as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in children
• Interest in education-oriented daycare pedagogy (BuLG, Pikler)
• Enjoyment of caring for infants and very young children
• Personal maturity, resilience and good organizational skills
• Administrative and organizational skills as well as good computer skills

The Childcare division of Soziale Einrichtungen und Betriebe operates 11 daycare centers in the City of Zürich, a crisis intervention group and a residential group for young children, a family meeting place and, at two locations, "Supervised visitation services" for families in conflictual separation situations.

The Kita Paradies daycare center in the Gesundheitszentrum Entlisberg in Wollishofen is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The daycare center is surrounded by a garden with varied play opportunities and a small-animal zoo on the grounds. Kita Paradies and Gesundheitszentrum Entlisberg promote intergenerational contact between young and old.
